Home to World Racing League World Champions, IMSA, NASA, and Trophy Truck Series competitors, this purpose-built motorsports facility sets the standard for high-performance automotive operations. Completed as a design-build project in 2025, the 12,500 GSF facility features a 3,000 GSF vehicle-capable mezzanine, 22’ eaves, and a quick-remove mezzanine rail system for flexible automotive placement.
Engineered for speed, efficiency, and comfort, the garage includes 11 triple-stack lifts, 2 dual-post lifts, 1 alignment rack, and 4 rollup doors, all supported by 40 tons of HVAC and dual 22’ high-volume circulation fans. A Mancave lounge and kitchen provide premium amenities, while every detail—from mezzanine deck strength to workflow optimization—is executed with precision to serve elite motorsports teams.
NFC Motorsports needed more than a garage — they needed a performance-driven facility engineered for elite motorsports operations. Lamp Design + Build delivered a complete design-build solution in the Covington/Madisonville area that combined specialized structural requirements with a professional aesthetic worthy of a high-end brand.
This project required deep collaboration between our architecture team and the NCF Motorsports ownership to understand the unique operational demands of a motorsports facility: vehicle bay sizing and clearance requirements, heavy-duty flooring systems, specialized ventilation for exhaust and chemical storage, overhead door configurations, office and client reception areas, and secure parts and equipment storage. Our architect and team designed the facility from the ground up, producing detailed plans and 3D renderings that allowed the client to refine the layout before construction began.
Lamp Design + Build managed the full construction scope including site preparation, foundation and slab work, steel erection, roofing, MEP systems, interior finish-out, and exterior facade. The facility was designed to accommodate future expansion — a critical consideration for growing operation.
NFC Motorsports now operates from a purpose-built facility that supports their elite-level service model and makes a powerful brand statement to clients and the motorsports community. The project was delivered on schedule within the established budget.
